Cake ( I know what you are thinking....a cake mix but it works)
1 yellow (golden) cake mix
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup veg oil
4 eggs
Beat eggs first. Add oil, cake mix and crushed pineapple. Beat again until well mixed.
Pour into a well greased 9X13 cake pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool completely before icing with the topping below.
Topping
I cool whip 1L
1 can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (small)
Mix together well.
When the cake is completely cool ice the cake with the topping and cool until ready for serving. This cake tastes so much better when made the day ahead..
